An attempt at punditry.

I have a good feeling abou this election. this year, I've gotten off of my duff and voulnteered about 25 hours to the democratic party. That's not a whole lots, but it's something. It beats 2004 where I debated the issues for college but did realitively little to help out the Kerry Edwards campaign. I've talked to people and had a few people say they were going to vote for Obama. That's exciting. That's change.
There are newscasts saying that person to person, face to face conversation conversation is the best way to get votes, on an order of magitude.
I met two McCain guys canvassing. They were hot, dressed nicely, and drove a Ford Mustang. I almost turned Republican right on the spot!
