Perfume addict
I always grew up with Avon. My mentor from church sold it. (It is a catalog with beauty products marketed by independent sales people, like Mary Kay or Tupperware, but cheaper.)
Now there is an Avon Lady at school, and I find myself buying their perfumes.
I love smelling good, and to me it is even more important than looking good. This equal very few lipstick purchases and quiet a few 5fl. oz sample perfume purchases.
Here's what I like:
Rare Gold- Nice and warm with orange and amber, a good winter sent but too heavy for spring.
Crystal Aura- Floral and Grapefruity-maybe a tich too girly for me, but other wise a good fit.
It looks like I like a citrus underlay!
Scents I don't like:
Imari- heavier, traditional, darker, makes me smell older than middle aged
Sweet Honesty-I recently bought this looking for a good spring perfume. Not my thing. Smells like baby power more than anything else. It's more of a "Oh, you are wearing perfume" than a "Oh, you smell good" scent. This was also my first perfume I ever got, so when I wear it, I feellike I'm twelve again.
Scents I do like but am too poor to buy:
Tommy Girl-lighter and cooler, with not too much sweet, feels like a light teal blue
Tribute by Mary Kay- A Dry rose scent good for fall and late summer. I had a bottle, but it disappeared
Scents I will probably get in this next catalog:
Haiku I'll let you know how these smell
Dreamlife
DO YOU HAVE ANY PERFUME SUGGESTIONS?
I'M LOOKING FOR A GOOD, CHEAP SPRING PERFUME

I like So Pink by Gap which is kind of grapefruity. I always forget to wear it so I only get the little bottles which aren't that expensive (and it's not that expensive anyway). I like it mostly in the spring and summer since its so citrusy. Also... I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dove's new Go Fresh Deodorants/Body Sprays/Soaps/Body Washes. I didn't even like body sprays until i tried them. And I think at Target you can still get little samples with tiny bottles of body spray and deodorant so you can try out the scents without a huge commitment.
