Building things

I was blessed with a father who knows how to work power tools. Throughout growing up we built things.

I've made: 2 birdcages
a CO2 Cannon
a trebuchet
a spring powered cannon
a tadpole ledge
and enough balsa wood structures to make a raft.

Now... I'm hopefully getting another chinchilla soon.... and I need a bigger cage.
One of the things I enjoy about it is sketching out the design, thinking about the logistics and shocking old men at the lumber yard when I can speak their "language"
