I'm trying to find a techno song called "In the beat of the night" it was popular when I went to high school and I'm trying to track it down. Any body know who the artist is?

alexia? boomtown rats? - m
thanks, but it was a male voice which I'm pretty sure rules out Alexia and the boomtown rats are from the seventies...If I could hear the song I would be able to place it.
